Voting Question: What to do with this Credit report?

I just check my credit report last night and i found that my information or my social has been used i got "sued" buy american financial when i was 16 for 2500 dollars in the court of fontana ca the case has been close also i found collection charges that average 77-144 dollars i have the name and all the numbers of these agencies how can i get this remove? FYI the lawsuit was probably my dads he went to court and maybe used the wrong social?
